Flight 800 Anniversary

Our memories are fresh though it’s been 10 years,
As if it was yesterday amid all of the tears.
The public deserves truth not government lies,
But they are too powerful with unlimited ties.

The witnesses, the climb, the undeniable facts,
An unbelievable story wherein credibility lacks.
Their validity and truthfulness, a coverup we see,
As told by the FBI, CIA, and NTSB.

It’s hard to believe this really is the United States,
When the government takes over to determine our fates.
Yet we will continue, for the truth we will fight,
Justice will win and and make everything right.

The road gets longer and ever more rough,
But something within keeps our skin tough.
The tragedy of Flight 800 we will never forget,
And the 230 souls that in Heaven have met.
